Hey, today I want to share with you about the camp «SkillsUp» that Spero and the team organized for us. Tanya asked us to write feedback, what was good and what was bad. What they need to change for the next time, as for me It was good enough and there is nothing to change.
It was the best camp that I have ever been. Can you imagine that we didn’t have time to use internet and that is a lot in our world as you know, because we can’t live without our phones. That is first thing that will show how busy we were all the time. What this camp and those 5 days gave me? More confidence in what I do (goals-plan-actions- analysis) Remember this! It is always in my head.
Everyone who were at the camp found new friends and became better friends with the people that we knew, thank you the team for this. One more skill that I got there it is not to waste time and try to do something even if this is scary things and you need to go out of your comfort zone. So I can tell you more good things about the camp,but why?
All that you need to know — it was the best event in my life for the last couple years . I was crying after I got back home.

I’ve met Vitalya when he was at the orphanage that we worked, he was 9 years old. But we weren’t good friend, but then he was moved to the boarding school (that was hard for all kids who were moved), because that boarding school wasn’t very good. That is when we have became a very good friend.
He is very good guy, honest, always help and loves God. He was the one at the bording school who was part of the church and never worried about people’s opinions.
When he was 15 his best friend died from cancer and that was very difficult time for Vitalya. But he stayed with God and was a great example for other kids. When we’ve started The Spero Group, he was the first person that I thought about. Because he were at the university to be programmer. And he was in our firs class, Vitalya was working with Spero as a part of the team 5 years, but since 2016 we decided that it is time to move on and I knew he is ready for something more than just be part of the team.
My heart full of joy when I see him following God , see his success IT business, I am so proud of this young man who is huge encouragement for me! To see his life being successful give hope for other kids who also graduated form orphanages and may be they don’t believe that they can have different life!
I really believe he is the one who gives us hope and we are so happy to be part of his life and I believe God has big plans for his life and his family!!
