Spero Group exists to provide mentorship and marketable skills to orphans and underprivileged. These young people find themselves needing to support themselves without resources, skills and family to guide them.
We are a network of volunteers across the world committed to using our talents, passions, skills, and resources to mentor and aid people in places that need it most. Through connecting ethical business people with local nationals in other countries, Spero is building a network of thriving family businesses that will in turn provide employment opportunities, mentorship and “family” to orphans and underprivileged that desperately need it.
We are a network of business men and women, mothers and fathers, young people and believers across the world committed to using our talents, passions, skills, and resources to mentor and aid people in places that need it most. Through connecting business people with local Christian nationals in other countries, Spero is building a network of thriving family businesses that will in turn provide employment opportunities, mentorship and “family” to orphans and underprivileged that desperately need it.
The Spero Group is also made up of volunteers just like you! Many friends and like-minded individuals volunteer to make The Spero Group programs a success. Through donating time, talents and treasure, individuals find meaningful ways to Provide Hope and A Better Future to underprivileged around the world.

Our Staff
The Spero Group staff is made up of volunteers and “tent-making” missionaries who are devoted to our cause while exemplifying a life of sustainability and building the Kingdom through this mission. Simply put, our staff is partially funded by donations and partially funded by their own jobs and businesses, so that they can model what we want our local kids and families to emulate…having sustainable source of income.
Our staff is all trained and experienced in orphan care and have all been called to this task of bringing hope to these young people. Our team is devoted to mentorship, discipleship and skills training through building loving relationships and becoming “family” to these kids they come to love.
Our Board
The Spero Group leadership team and board is comprised of business leaders from across the United States and includes Alumni from Liberty University, University of Illinois, Seattle Pacific University, North Carolina State, University of Phoenix, Grand Canyon University and Thunderbird School of Global Management. We are an inter-denominational organization devoted to the great commission of Jesus Christ.
The Spero Group was founded in 2013 with the mission to seek and equip orphans and underprivileged people in Vietnam, Ukraine, and around the world with spiritual, emotional and physical needs. The word “Spero” is a Latin word meaning “Trusted Hope”.
